Equipment with digital signal processing AKST "LINЕ-С" is designed for the organization of high-frequency channels TP, TM, DT, RP and ECS on high-voltage power lines 35...1150 kV in the information structures of the ASKUE, dispatching and technological management of power systems and power facilities.

The equipment of the AKST PRECS "Line-C" can be supplied as part of the PRECS cabinet with relay input/output panels of commands. At the same time, HF communication equipment, HF RP posts, HF processing and connection equipment, measuring and other related equipment can be supplied.

Power-system’s protection signals transceiver «Line-R» is intended for Power-System Protection signals transmission and reception through the high-frequency (HF) connection channel, formed by overhead power lines wires with voltage from 35 to 1150 kV.
Transceiver is constructed on microprocessor base using modern ways of digital signal processing.
High-stable, heat-resistant quartz resonator is used as a master. It excluded the necessity of using PLL schemes and program frequencies correction using reference oscillators.
Using of a pulse amplifier and differential-bridge line filter allowed to make simple, reliable and habitual (line part) for exploiting companies.
Transceiver «Line-R» provides:
•            Power-system’s protection signals transmission and reception; the way of Power-system protection signals formation is single-frequency with amplitude manipulation.
•            Periodic automatic attenuation reserve control of the connection channel and input and output circuits’ integrity.
•            Service communication between the protected line ends during the HF channel adjustment period.
•            Transmission and reception of remote start and reset commands.
•            Automatic protection inference upon fault detection.
•            Service device functions for adjustment the Power-system’s protections.
Transceiver provides the following application options
•            Operation of two transceivers on a single frequency
•            Operation of two transceivers on spaced transmission frequencies with frequencies spacing 1kHz
•            Operation of two transceivers on spaced transmission frequencies with frequencies spacing 0,5Hz
•            Operation with other types of transceivers without automatic connection channel checking

The equipment is intended to operate a complex diagnostics of glaze-ice and rime deposition (GIRD) on PL with the ice-load speed increasing identification and choice of starting melting optimum time. It can prevent such things as wire slack and break, steel framework collapse, overhead transmission towers breakage under the pressure of ice load. It also identify PL damage location, the type of short circuit to form a prohibition of auto reclosing signal, cable break
and dismantling with a purpose of stealing.
